Group Therapy
Group therapy is a great way to practice skills and techniques learned in individual sessions, and it's all done in a supportive, safe environment. Our therapists have a keen eye for spotting areas of challenge and strength that we may not always notice on our own.
Our groups cover a wide range of topics, including social confidence, making and keeping friends, attention and concentration, dealing with feelings, and problem-solving skills. We also work on things like body language, perspective-taking, turn-taking, and sensory and motor skills.

Our programs are evidence-based and tailored to the needs of each group, with experienced professionals leading the way. Typically, our group therapy programs run for 8 to 10 weeks, with weekly sessions, but we're flexible and can adjust to meet the needs of the group.
So if you're looking for a fun, supportive way to build up your skills and improve your social connections, group therapy might just be the thing for you!
Our Groups
Men's Group
Current flyer:
This Men's group provides a welcoming and safe space for men to come together and communicate with one another. The group focuses on personal development, emotional intelligence, communication skills, self-awareness, shared interests, hobbies, and social justice issues.
Men's groups can be an important source of support, friendship, and community for men who want to connect with others who share similar experiences. By participating in men's groups, men can develop more meaningful and authentic relationships with others, which can be particularly valuable for those who have had limited opportunities for connection and support in their lives.
Ultimately, men's groups can be a powerful tool for personal growth, social connection, and positive change, providing men with a space to explore their own identities, connect with others, and build stronger, healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.
