Individual Therapy

We are passionate, curious, and down-to-earth practitioners providing high quality, practical, and engaging approaches in a safe environment where we can help you to achieve your goals.  Firstly, we will schedule an initial consultation which is a general conversation regarding current issues, concerns, and needs as well as historical information to help us understand how best to help you.

 

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the therapeutic or assessment process. Together we will discuss a treatment plan that you feel comfortable with. You will also be provided with relevant information and resources throughout the therapy process. 

 

From there we will meet regularly to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours that may be difficult to manage and will work together towards improving them. Therapy can help people to better understand themselves, providing a tool kit to draw on when facing life’s challenges.
