Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a form of therapy in which you work in a one-on-one basis with a therapist. As the most popular form of therapy, individual therapy encompass many different treatment styles.

 

Sessions last for 50 minutes. 

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of treatment designed to help with issues that specifically affect families' mental health and functioning. It can help individual family members build stronger relationships, improve communication, and manage conflicts within the family system.

Group Therapy

Group therapy provides young people with a safe environment to practice skills and techniques learned in individual sessions. They allow therapists to identify and focus on key areas of challenges and strengths in a social setting that we may not otherwise have an opportunity to observe.
